Calendly offers a hub for scheduling meetings professionally and efficiently. You set your availability and share your booking links so that meetings can get quickly scheduled without sending multiple messages or emails back and forth. 

In addition to scheduling appointments, Calendly allows you to set up pre- and post- meeting automations like email or text reminders, thank you emails, and a request for follow-up meetings. The team features provide even greater flexibility with meeting types set across the organization and “round robin” scheduling options.

Why Use Calendly with Pipedrive?

When you integrate Pipedrive and Calendly, the information Calendly gathers can seamlessly sync into Pipedrive. Meeting attendees become Pipedrive contacts. Appointments get recorded as activities. If there are changes or cancellations, both applications get updated.

This saves a lot of time and extra steps. Gone are the days of copy-pasting information from one application to another or flipping through applications if you get an email to reschedule. 

Fewer steps mean less chance of scheduling confusion.   

How to Get Started Using Calendly with Pipedrive

Ready to integrate Calendly into Pipedrive to take advantage of both applications' full benefits?

Here is how to get started:

  • Step 1: Set up a Calendly account, if you don’t already have one.

  • Step 3: Click Create Zap and select Calendly as the app you’d like to use as a trigger. For the event, select Invitee Created.

  • Step 4: In step two of your zap, select Pipedrive and Find Person. Pro tip: Search for the deal using the email submitted to Calendly. By selecting Find Person you’ll prevent duplicates from being created in Pipedrive. In the action step check the box “Create Pipedrive Person if it doesn’t exist yet?” and then this step acts as a “Find or Create Person in Pipedrive” action.

  • Step 5: In zap step 3, select Pipedrive and Create Deal.

Now the integration is enabled…start scheduling!
